Hyperscrub Pet Care occasionally offers shipping promotions, during which time domestic clients receive free shipping if they spend a certain amount or beyond. These promotions may change periodically. Hyperscrub ships to most countries worldwide via FedEx for all domestic and international packages.
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
$5.99 FedEx Smart Post flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA
$7.99 Standard Shipping flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA

All packages ship via FedEx. The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 5-9 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, delivery times may vary. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from FedEx to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, as well as any extra fees, customs or backend charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by FedEx and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and immediately refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
